This assignment will test your ability to analyze data and input into excel
MAIN Tasks
1) Download Greensheet excel spreadsheet to your desktop. Open the panel (Enter data)

2) goto www.homepath.com to search for properties using the following criteria.
State = Georgia
County= Fulton
City = Atlanta
Zipcodes 30310, 30312, 30315, 30318, 30309
Price Maximum = $80,000
3) Choose any 2 Houses that you like and Complete The Yellow columns (b) to column (r) in the excel spreadsheet
4) Save Spreadsheet and Email: Once you complete 2 properties the spreadsheet, Save and email back to me
you will have to use www.dropsend.com because the file is very large to [email protected]
5) Email me your name So I know when you completed the assignment. to [email protected]

Property taxes, Zillow Rent, Zillow ARV = you will have to copy the address of the property,
then go to www.zillow.com and paste the property in zillow. (Street number, Address , Zip code)
once you find the property all the data is listed on its page.
